3rd November - Leave home on an overnight flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil
4th - Arrive Sao Paulo and continue on next flight to Campo Grande - transfer from Campo Grande to Jardim with time to check out the wildlife on the way.
5th - Early morning visit to Green wing macaw clay lick and roost site at Buraco das Araras (Macaw's Hole) An immense crater in the middle of Cerrado where hundreds of Green Wing Macaws nest and live every year.
Snorkelling at Rio da Prata (likened to swimming in an aquarium with crystal clear waters - snorkel equipment provided)
6th - Visit Green Wing Macaw clay lick again and transfer to Caiman Lodge in the Pantanal for a full program of Parrot Watching over 4 days including joining the Hyacinth Macaw Project to see their work - checking out a few Hyacinth nest sites and seeing their young. 359 species of birds - 16 species of parrot (We saw 12 out of the 16 last trip November 2008 including Hyacinths every day) as well as numerous other animals. 10th - Morning at Caiman lodge followed by a transfer to Campo Grande with an overnight stay
11th Early morning flight from Campo Grande to Cuiaba and onto Alta Floresta with a canoe transfer to Cristalino Jungle Lodge with a full program of Parrot Watching over 5 full days at Cristalino Lodge. 550 species of birds, 23 species of parrots, safe lake for swimming, 50 metre canopy tower and tree house overlooking clay lick.

15th - Cristalino Jungle Lodge
16th - Cristalino Jungle Lodge and then transfer to Alta Florista and overnight at hotel in Alta Floresta where there are more chances too see Parrots and other wildlife.
17th - Flight from Alta Floresta to Sao Paulo for overnight flight back to home
18th - Arrive Home
The trip will include all 5 internal flights within Brazil, all accommodation, all meals, bird guides, and transport for transfers.
As well as the local guides Steve Brookes will be tour leader making sure you get the most out of your trip.
